Smart industrial video endoscope, 5.5-inch high-brightness OLED industrial touch screen, intelligent platform equipped with RK3588 high-performance processor, the system has built-in multiple custom color modes, dual joystick design, designed to provide high-quality images and convenient operation experience. It adopts Hall electromagnetic joystick electric 360° guidance, follow-up locking, fast and slow speed mode, guide stepping, overload protection, probe reset and other functions to optimize the efficiency and stability of operation. The intelligent platform has a friendly and intuitive operation interface, video and picture annotation, marking and other functions, equipped with built-in document management software and user manual. The peripherals adopt humanized design, convenient one-handed operation, plug-in key lock disassembly, and can easily and quickly replace lens insertion tubes of different diameters/lengths/depths of field/angles of view/light sources/such as 1.0-6mm, reducing the cost of use.

5.5-inch industrial touch screen, RK3588 adopts advanced three-level superscalar processing architecture, with high-performance ARM Cortex-A76 and Cortex-A55 cores, which can provide excellent computing and graphics processing capabilities, and enhance the brightness of defective images. Even the smallest defects can be clearly seen in sunlight.

Humanized butterfly layout, one-handed control can reach the maximum limit, dual joystick design, common functions can be accessed with one click.

1. Excellent image quality

The system has built-in multiple custom color modes, NormalBright/Dark/Custom, which can be set on site according to different usage environments. You can adjust color properties such as color temperature, color difference, hue, saturation, contrast, gamma value, side light, exposure, etc. to obtain the best viewing effect. Users can optimize and adjust the color of the image according to personal preferences and specific needs to ensure the best visual experience in different environments.

2. Insertion tube is replaceable

The ergonomic insertion tube disassembly allows for quick and easy replacement of lens insertion tubes of different diameters/lengths/depths of field/angles of view/light sources/such as 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.7mm, 2.2mm, 2.8mm, 3.9mm, and 6mm, ensuring greater on-site flexibility and applicability.

3. Electric 360° joystick for perfect control

Fast and slow speed modes:

Fast mode is used for quick observation to improve inspection efficiency, while slow mode is used for detailed observation. The guide has 7 adjustable speed levels.

Guided stepping:

The probe will move in a step-by-step manner along the specified direction, with fixed angle adjustment, for small-scale fine observation.

Follow-up lock:

The follow-up lock function provides a smooth observation experience, maintains a stable field of view and smooth operation, reduces reciprocating operations, and reduces the failure rate.

Overload protection:

Overload protection function at any angle can effectively reduce the load of the drive motor, extend the service life, and protect the probe and the detected object from damage.
