Introduction

The 33kV/50-8000kVA type transformer microcomputer comprehensive test system is suitable for the transformer factory test within this specification range. The test bench integrates multiple test functions of transformers, and has various functions such as control, monitoring, measurement, and protection of transformer tests. The system has the characteristics of simple and intuitive operation, reliable performance and accurate measurement data. It can accurately measure the no-load loss, no-load current, load loss, impedance voltage, transformation ratio and group, winding DC resistance, power frequency external voltage withstand test, and induction withstand voltage test of the transformer.

The system has automatic conversion function, such as non-rated voltage conversion, non-rated current conversion, non-rated frequency conversion, temperature conversion and other automatic calculation functions.

It can automatically generate various process test reports and complete test reports, which can be queried at any time according to the serial number and date, and can be exported in EXCEL format.

The complete set of test equipment adopts PLC as the control core and industrial control computer as the human-computer interaction interface, which has outstanding advantages such as high reliability, intuitive interface, easy operation and perfect protection measures.

2.11kV distribution transformer with capacity of 50-2500kVA and below;

Voltage class requirements to be met by the test equipment

1.High voltage side: 11kV, 33kV

2.Low voltage side: 0.415kV, 11KV

The requirements of the test items that the test equipment must meet

1.Transformer DC resistance measurement;

2. Transformer ratio group measurement;

3.Transformer no-load current percentage and no-load loss test;

4.Transformer short-circuit impedance percentage and load loss test;

5.Transformer power frequency external voltage withstand test;

6.Transformer induction withstand voltage test;
